The Cruise
I took a tour of the galley of the ship. Huge, huge kitchen. There was a pie area, a vegetable area, an ice sculpting area...
Here's an ice sculptor. I can't quite tell what he is designing (the top part looks like a head to me). These sculptures were placed just inside the dining area.
This is the pie station. The rack on the right has some of the breads and rolls that will be consumed by passengers later in the day.
On the left is a big bowl of mushrooms. Further to the left and taped on the wall is the food requirements for the day. On the bottom right is samplings for the tour guests.
